Cypherex is a Swiss software company. Cypherex Core is the software platform we are developing in-house, intended to power a future retail investing app. Today there is no app, no service and no client relationship: nothing is live.
Cypherex holds no licence or authorisation from FINMA and provides no financial services. Nothing on this site is an offer or advice. Full disclaimer.
Software under development. Not connected to any client, account or money.
Cypherex Core is back-end software under development: a set of services for order handling, portfolio records, an instrument catalogue, onboarding and compliance case handling, notifications and a back-office console. It is not offered to the public, it processes no client money and it is not connected to any live client relationship.
Order lifecycle management with a full audit trail, developed and tested only against sandbox environments, never with real orders or client money.
Positions and cash kept as a double-entry record, with reservations and reconciliation designed for later audit.
A curated universe of instruments with standard identifiers, maintained and versioned in-house.
Case handling for identity and onboarding checks, with evidence capture and officer decisions. Tooling only: no checks are performed on anyone today.
An operator console with strong authentication, role-based permissions and tamper-evident audit exports.
Continuous integration, conformance test suites and documented architecture decisions from the first commit.
Last updated 9 October 2026. We would rather be clear than impressive.
There is no app to download, no beta, no waiting list and no sign-up. Descriptions of planned functionality are development goals, not a promise that any feature will be made available.
Cypherex offers no accounts, payments, cards, trading, custody, investment advice or any other financial service.
We do not accept deposits, transfers or assets of any kind, and we will never ask you for them by email or otherwise.
Cypherex holds no licence, authorisation, recognition or registration from FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, and is not supervised by FINMA or any other financial market authority.
No login, no forms, no cookies, no tracking. The site exists to say what we are building and where we stand. Development and testing use sandbox environments only.
Cypherex is not yet entered in the commercial register. The legal name, legal form, company identification number and postal address will be published in the imprint upon registration.
Cypherex was founded by Dragan Milenkovski and is based in Switzerland. Our aim is to build the software for a retail investing app in-house, to a standard that can later withstand audit, and to say openly what exists and what does not.
Any future regulated activity would require prior authorisation. Nothing on this website indicates that such authorisation has been applied for or granted, and no service will be offered unless and until the required authorisations are in place.
We are happy to talk about the software we are building and about the company. We cannot open accounts, take instructions or give financial advice.
We never ask for deposits, transfers, passwords or identity documents by email.
